Delete your Viglant Go account

You can delete your Viglant Go account and all its data at any time. It takes a minute and can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open Viglant Go and go to My data.
2. Confirm it's you with the 6-digit code we text you.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then Delete everything.

On this website

Sign in with your phone number and password. We then text you a code to confirm it's you before anything is deleted.

Can't sign in?

Email [privacy@yourdomain] from any address with the phone number on your account. We will text that number to check the request is really from you, then delete the account within [30] days.

What is deleted

Straight away: your account, job checks, uploaded documents, journey and journal, help requests, SOS alerts, trusted contacts, subscription, and sign-ins on every phone.

If our safety team has an open case for you, your account is closed straight away, and your data is kept until that case closes. Then it is deleted.

What we keep: completed payment records for tax, without your name or phone number, and our security log for 12 months. See our privacy policy for details.
